Glasgow Rangers in the third division !
Scottish professional football league had no mercy against Grand "Glasgow Rangers". From next season, 54-time champion of the country will play in the third division - fourth level of Scottish football.
Last season, the "Rangers" fell into a severe financial crisis and come to liquidation. This summer a new team was established with the same name. Today 25 of 30 votes Scottish Premiership clubs turned down a request from the "Rangers" to be left in the Premier League. The team will have to walk way from the bottom.

At Borough Briggs Elgin host Cowdenbeath in friendly match. Elgin finished 4th in 3rd division last season, but lost the play-offs and will stay one more season in 3rd div. Cowdenbeath win 2nd division without problems last year and during the new season will be opponent for teams in First Division.
